TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY & ASSESSMENT
For every PET container, we conduct a detailed technical feasibility study. This process allows us to explore and evaluate various production options, categorizing them based on reliability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability criteria.

DESIGN, PROTOTYPING AND TESTING
After selecting the optimal solution for a PET container, our design teams collaborate to ensure maximum strength with minimal weight. Upon design approval, we create physical samples via rapid prototyping (3D printing) for hands-on evaluation.
For specialized applications, virtual prototyping using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulates performance factors like top-load and vacuum resistance, reducing experimental time. For critical needs, we can produce sample batches for lab testing or pre-marketing, requiring investment in injection and blow molding prototypes.
MACHINRY SUPPLY
PET bottle production is cost-sensitive and complex process. Maximizing profits in equipment is a balancing act between increasing machine throughput and minimizing raw material costs while maintaining quality.
For each project we will study all production options available and depending on the output required and the bottle shape, we will select the most reliable and cost-efficient system, including machinery, molds, and auxiliary equipment.
